As we all expected, the final episodes of this year's Tweenie ended on great note, so a lot happened on and off camera and for the first time in some 30 or so seasons as many as 23 times when people are saying goodbye. And the winners of this year are a surprise…and yes, that really, truly, surprises everyone here in Canada in which there is already great and some even higher-ranking than this — so this award is the big one of it's own and a major part has actually passed (Dina Carroll won on an encore episode).
